Pool Opening & Closing

NOTE: Pool closings performed after November 1st are subject to a base price of $375.00.

- Remove and fold pool cover that is free of debris
- Empty and fold water bags
- Re-assemble filter, pump and motor (1 of each)
- Install skimmer baskets and directional returns
- Install chlorinator and pressure gauges
- Install diving board and ladders
- Install hand rails, ropes and floats
- Check pool water for proper chemistry
- 4lbs of chlorine shock
- Ensure proper operation of pool water level must be at middle of skimmers

- Fill water bags and place on cover
- Install return plugs
- Disconnect chlorinator
- Remove diving board and ladder
- Remove handrails, ropes and floats
- Disconnect filter, pump and motor (1 each)
- Blow out water from all water pipes
- Add appropriate winter chemicals to pool

- Placement of cover (solid / mesh)
- Fill water bags and place on cover
- Install return plugs
- Disconnect chlorinator
- Remove diving board and ladder
- Remove handrails, ropes and floats
- Disconnect filter, pump and motor (1 each)
- Blow out water from all water pipes
- Add appropriate winter chemicals to pool

If repairs are required; doesn't include parts or supplies)
up to 2hrs; installs exceeding 2 hours will be performed at a rate of $195/hr after the first 2 hours. Does not include hardware. Does not include pool closing.
Provided either on a biweekly or monthly basis to lower water level in the pool and maintain the pool cover. This is highly encouraged for gunite pool owners to prevent damage to the tilework in the pool and waterbag pool cover owners to prevent additional maintenance fees at opening.
